It all begins with getting to know you — your needs, your strengths, your challenges, and your goals. We meet to discuss your project and develop a right-sized action plan to keep your pursuit moving forward.
When it comes to clients, there is no “one size fits all,” and the goal of our first meeting is to discuss what makes your firm one-of-a-kind: your company culture, your brand, your team, your unique approach and how it all fits together to meet your client’s needs.
We plan.
As part of our initial and follow-up discussions, we will establish a project work plan and schedule that clearly defines what level of support you require, your team’s preferred method of communication (virtual, in-person, email and the like), and each individual’s preferred work styles. We will clearly document the key deliverables for your pursuit, and establish a robust practice of record keeping that meets your preferences.

From here on in, we work side-by-side to bring your project to completion. Pangur Bán is not finished until you are satisfied.

The end of the project is not the end of our job. We will follow up with you to make sure that every goal has been achieved, and that you are completely satisfied with our work.
